On July 11, LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture officially inaugurated its new digitalized production line for medium-horsepower tractors, with a VIP customer delivery ceremony held at the same event. The new medium-horsepower production line operates in synergy with the existing large-horsepower tractor facility, creating complementary advantages. Leveraging the mature 5G digital management, automated assembly, and high-standard quality control systems already proven in the large-horsepower plant, the new line ensures full integration of technical standards, product quality, and production capacity. With both lines operating in coordination, LOVOL has established a unified intelligent manufacturing system covering the full range of large and medium-horsepower tractors — optimizing the digitalized production layout for premium tractors, achieving complete product portfolio coverage, and enabling seamless digital integration across production processes. This provides strong support for the large-scale application of innovations and industrial upgrading.
The new production line was systematically upgraded over six months, focusing on six key areas: painting processes, critical equipment, logistics technology, testing capabilities, digital quality control, and delivery capacity. Through innovations in painting technology, deployment of autonomous logistics and AI-powered management systems, comprehensive machine performance testing, upgraded digital quality control systems, and flexible mixed-line production models, product quality and order delivery efficiency have been comprehensively enhanced — enabling precise response to diverse market demands.
