  Maintenance Service Guidelines

To maximize your economic benefits and fully leverage the performance of the machinery, it is crucial to operate it correctly, maintain it diligently, and ensure proper mechanical coordination.

Daily Technical Maintenance Checklist for LOVOL Tractors

Regularly performing a series of technical maintenance measures on various parts —— including Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening, Adjustment, Replacement of specific components.

#1 Clean the Tractor

Remove dirt, dust, and oil buildup from the tractor's exterior.

#2 Inspect & Tighten Fasteners

Check all external bolts/nuts for looseness, especially the front and rear wheel lug nuts. Tighten if necessary.

#3 Check Fluid Levels

Inspect and top up if low:

  • Engine oil (oil pan)
  • Coolant (radiator/water tank)
  • Fuel tank
  • Transmission/hydraulic fluid
#6 Leak Inspection

Look for air leaks, oil leaks, or coolant leaks ("3 leaks"). Address any issues immediately.

#5 Tire Pressure Check

Verify front and rear tire pressure. Inflate to the recommended PSI if underfilled.

#4 Lubrication

Grease all specified points according to Maintenance Schedule Table 5-1.

  Maintenance Quick Reference

Service internal please refer to the following tables.

Daily Technical Maintenance

  • Clean the tractor by removing dust and oil stains.
  • Inspect and tighten all external fasteners. Loose parts, especially the front and rear wheel nuts, should be secured promptly.
  • Check the oil pan, coolant tank, fuel tank, and hydraulic oil tank for proper levels.
  • Inspect the tire pressure of front and rear wheels; inflate if below the recommended level.
  • Look for leaks—air, oil, or coolant. Address any leaks immediately.
  • Test lights, horn, and instrument panel to ensure proper functionality.
  • Clean the dry air filter if the alarm is triggered or if dust accumulation is detected.
  • Monitor the battery's indicator window for color changes; recharge if necessary.

50-Hour Technical Maintenance

  • Inspect and clean the dry air filter element; remove dust buildup.
  • Check the battery indicator window for color changes; recharge if necessary.
  • Inspect and clean the suction strainer/filter on the chassis; replace the filter if needed.
  • Check the oil level in the front axle's central drive and final drives.
  • Verify the lubricant level in the transmission and rear axle final drives.

200-Hour Technical Maintenance

  • Replace the engine oil (oil pan lubrication).
  • Inspect and clean the dry air filter element; remove dust buildup.
  • Check and clean the chassis suction filter; replace the filter if necessary.
  • Clean the hydraulic oil suction filter, return oil filter, and hydraulic tank air filter; replace filter elements if needed.
  • Perform "Level 1 Technical Maintenance" as specified in the accompanying Diesel Engine Operation & Maintenance Manual.

400-Hour Technical Maintenance

  • Check the oil level in the front axle's central drive and final drives (subsequent checks: annually/every 800 operating hours).
  • Inspect the lubricant level in the transmission and rear axle final drives; top up if necessary (initial maintenance: 50-100h, subsequent checks: annually/every 800 operating hours).
  • Verify the parking brake lever's free travel; adjust if needed.
  • Clean the hydraulic oil suction filter, return oil filter, and hydraulic tank filter; replace filter elements as required.
  • Perform "Level 2 Technical Maintenance" as specified in the accompanying Diesel Engine Operation & Maintenance Manual.
