LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture Completes Phase 1 of the 2025 Overseas Service Manager Competency Assessment

From November 10 to 15, 2025, LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture successfully conducted the first phase of its "2025 Overseas Service Manager Comprehensive Competency Assessment" as scheduled. This evaluation aims to continuously build a highly skilled, efficient in communication, and precise in service overseas team. Through a systematic and multi-dimensional assessment system, it comprehensively evaluates and enhances the professional competence and comprehensive capabilities of the overseas service team, laying a solid talent foundation for delivering superior service experiences to global customers.

Focusing on Core Technical Skills, Solidifying the Service Foundation

Product technology is the cornerstone of service. In this first phase, 15 service personnel underwent a rigorous hands-on skills assessment. The evaluation content was closely aligned with core field service challenges, focusing on:

  • Precision Engine Calibration: Requiring technicians to complete engine performance optimization and parameter adjustment according to international standards within a set timeframe, ensuring optimal power output.
  • Complete Vehicle Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Simulating various common and complex vehicle fault scenarios to comprehensively assess the technicians' logical analysis, diagnostic approach, and problem-solving efficiency.

To ensure the principles of "Fairness, Impartiality, and Transparency", the entire product skills test was recorded in high definition. This measure not only guaranteed the transparency of the evaluation process and the fairness of the results but also created a valuable "training resource library." This allows service managers to conduct post-assessment reviews, target skill gaps, and achieve precise improvement of individual capabilities.

Honoring Comprehensive Competence, Empowering Global Communication

As LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture's global business footprint continues to expand, the "soft skills" of service managers have become crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction. This assessment specifically designed a comprehensive evaluation of foreign language proficiency and training capabilities for 33 overseas service managers. Utilizing a flexible "online + offline" approach ensured broad participation from service managers worldwide.

Departing from traditional written tests, this assessment innovatively introduced an "Immediate Real-world Scenario Simulation" model. Service managers were required to face simulated international clients or distributors and complete tasks such as:

  • Technical Explanation and Training: Clearly explaining product technical points or operational procedures in a foreign language.
  • Fault Consultation and Response: Addressing sudden technical inquiries from customers and providing professional solutions.
  • On-the-Spot Communication and Coordination: Handling communication barriers or unexpected situations that may arise during service processes.

This highly simulated evaluation was not merely a test of language fluency but a comprehensive training exercise for the service managers' linguistic logic, cross-cultural communication skills, professional training competence, and psychological preparedness. It aims to ensure they can confidently represent LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture's professionalism on any international stage.

Building a Long-term Evaluation Mechanism, Driving Continuous Talent Development

It is reported that this annual comprehensive competency assessment is a systematic, long-term talent evaluation and development program, to be carried out in three phases. Phase 1 focused on inspecting core technical skills and fundamental competencies.

The subsequent Phase 2 and Phase 3 will roll out successively, expected to cover more in-depth management capability assessments, such as understanding after-sales service strategy, and regional market operations. Through this interlinked and progressive evaluation system, LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture is committed to building a full-chain talent development cycle covering "Technology - Communication - Management."

Looking ahead, LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture will continue to cultivate a world-class overseas service team with high standards and rigorous requirements. By persistently empowering talent and strengthening the global service network, LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture is dedicated to providing every customer with timely, professional, and reliable full-lifecycle service support, making the "Lovol Service" a shining emblem in the global market.
