Esteio, Rio Grande do Sul – The 49th Expointer International Agricultural Exhibition concluded on September 6. LOVOL made its debut at the event, co-exhibiting with four Rio Grande do Sul-based dealers – Lothar, Mazzarolo, Agriplan, and Globalmac – showcasing a full-line tractor portfolio covering Brazil's diverse agricultural landscape.
For LOVOL, this participation carried significance beyond product display. It served as a concentrated validation of the company's channel strategy in Brazil and a real-world test of its localized service-led market entry approach.

Market Context and Strategic Rationale
Brazil ranks among the world's largest single markets for agricultural equipment. Rio Grande do Sul, a traditional producer of soybeans, corn, rice, and livestock, concentrates some of the country's most highly mechanized users. With years of presence in the Brazilian market, LOVOL's first participation in Expointer represents a concentrated showcase of its channel-building progress to date.
The logic behind this exhibition is clear: rather than pursuing short-term orders during the show, the company aims to bring the brand within the daily purchasing reach of users through the joint presence of four local dealers.
Channel Strategy: Beyond Product Sales to Network Building
In the agricultural machinery industry, channels are not merely adjuncts to products—they are integral to them. At least one-third of a farmer's purchasing decision hinges on the question: "If it breaks, can I get it fixed and get parts in time?" This is precisely why LOVOL chose to co-exhibit with Lothar, Mazzarolo, Agriplan, and Globalmac.
These four dealers cover different micro-agricultural regions within Rio Grande do Sul, each with established customer bases and service capabilities. Through joint exhibition, LOVOL does more than expand its booth presence—it directly links the brand with "local service assurance" in the user's perception.
Product Logic: Define Configurations by Scenarios, Not Horsepower
The eight tractor models on display span 25 to 220 horsepower, but the presentation is organized not as a "low-to-high product list" but around Brazil's typical farming scenarios: cash crop cultivation on small plots, complex operations on medium farms, heavy-duty tillage on large acreages, and specialized needs for coffee, citrus, and other specialty crops.
TE series targets small plots and low-clearance conditions: the TE254 offers flexibility and economy, the TE504 narrow-track version adapts to small-scale coffee cultivation, and the TE704-EF2 is purpose-developed for low-crop operations.
TB series addresses medium farms requiring higher traction, with the TB754 offering optional large tires for varying soil conditions.

TH904, a 90 HP multi-functional tractor, covers small-to-medium farmland and livestock operations, with fuel economy as its core highlight.

The P4110's 110 HP power-shuttle and creep speed configurations address operational pain points on medium farms, livestock operations, citrus orchards, and paddy fields with complex terrain and frequent directional changes.

TR2204, with 220 HP and 200 L/min hydraulic flow, directly responds to the heavy tillage, deep harrowing, and subsoiling demands of soybean cultivation in Rio Grande do Sul.

This "scenario → configuration → product" reverse logic is fundamentally different from a simple "horsepower low-to-high" arrangement.
Customer Feedback: Frontline Validation
During the show, a Rio Grande do Sul soybean grower test-drove the TR2204 and noted that cab quietness, starting smoothness, and fuel efficiency all exceeded expectations.
The value of such feedback lies not in a single data point but in its confirmation of LOVOL's product definition logic—Brazilian users' sensitivity to fuel consumption, comfort, and reliability aligns with the product team's prior assessments.
The Hidden Competitiveness of Service Infrastructure
The partnership with four dealers enables LOVOL to provide timely support through their established service networks and parts inventory systems post-purchase. The completeness of this service infrastructure often determines brand repurchase rates more than the product itself.

Looking Ahead
Expointer 2026 served as a transition exercise for LOVOL in the Brazilian market—moving from the "channel-building phase" to the "brand-deepening phase." Customer feedback and partnership experience gathered during the show will be directly applied to subsequent tractor product and service iterations.
