LOVOL Smart Farming Solutions Take Center Stage at Agri Field Day 2026


The Agri Field Day 2026 officially kicked off at Linhe Farm, Bayannur National Agricultural High-Tech Industry Demonstration Zone. LOVOL Intelligent Agriculture unveiled its full-scenario smart farming solution — integrating intelligent machinery with a digital decision-making platform across the entire crop cycle, from tillage and seeding to harvest, yield mapping, and variable-rate fertilization. The solution is designed to unlock higher productivity and efficiency for large-scale grain production.

Full-Scenario Smart Machinery in Action

At the event, dozens of LOVOL's high-end intelligent machines demonstrated coordinated field operations. The LOVOL GS8239 grain combine harvester (500 HP / 23 kg/s feed rate) led the fleet, joined by GK7168, GK6126, GM5125 and other large harvesters in a synchronized harvesting display — impressing attendees with its power and intelligence.


Following harvest, a full suite of post-harvest operations followed seamlessly. The LOVOL P2404-7V high-horsepower CVT tractor paired with a large square baler for straw baling. After straw collection, the LOVOL E4104-8H autonomous hybrid tractor pulled a hydraulic reversible plow for deep tillage — preparing a solid seedbed for the next crop.


For seeding, the LOVOL P2604 power shift tractor pulled a wheat drill, while the LOVOL M2204 power shift tractor pulled an electric precision seeder — operating simultaneously with precision depth and spacing control tailored for local wheat and corn production, effectively addressing common issues like uneven seeding and poor emergence.

The event also featured a specialty crop machinery display zone, along with two interactive experience areas — high-end tractor test drives and a harvest festival experience — allowing growers to experience the convenience and efficiency of smart machinery firsthand.

Data-Driven Precision Decisions via Smart Agriculture Platform

LOVOL's smart agriculture management platform, built on years of accumulated data from intelligent terminals and big data systems, delivered a fully integrated decision-making system. The platform automatically matches optimal tillage, seeding, crop protection, and harvesting parameters based on local soil conditions, crop types, and climate — transforming traditional experience-based farming into digital, standardized, and intelligent farm management.

Yield data collected in real-time from harvesters automatically generates field yield maps, clearly visualizing spatial differences between high-yield and low-yield zones within fields — providing accurate data support for subsequent fertilization and next-season planning. Combined with soil nutrient databases and yield data, the platform automatically generates variable-rate fertilization prescription maps, calculating precise fertilizer requirements for each management zone. These prescriptions are directly uploaded to smart machinery equipped with variable-rate controllers, enabling site-specific nutrient application — eliminating the inefficiencies of traditional uniform spreading.

Data shows the solution significantly reduces seed and labor costs while substantially improving land utilization and output efficiency. Overall operational efficiency improves by over 30% compared to conventional farming methods, with yield potential increasing by 10% to 15% per unit area — delivering multiple benefits including cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity gains. The solution has been validated across multiple large-scale field trials and is readily scalable. Large-scale growers at the event noted that the system effectively addresses long-standing challenges such as inconsistent fertilization standards and inaccurate yield estimation during critical planting and harvesting windows.

With the successful conclusion of this Agri Field Day, LOVOL's smart farming solution model will expand beyond the Hetao Plain — radiating across northern China's vast grain-producing regions.
